2025 Young Investigator Award (YIA)Goal: To recognize the scientific contributions of outstanding young investigators in the field of Endocrinology.WE Young Investigator Awards are provided to recognize outstanding abstracts accepted for presentation at the Annual Meeting of the Endocrine Society. We anticipate selecting about 10 recipients for these travel awards each year. The top 2 awardees will receive either the Janet W. McArthur Award Excellence in Clinical Research for the most outstanding applicant in clinical research or the Neena Schwartz Award Excellence in Basic Science for the most outstanding applicant in Basic Science. The awards are presented at the Annual WE Meeting, held during the Endocrine Society Meeting.Application Opens: January 12th, 2025 Application Closes: March 10th 2025 at 8pm EST* *WE YIA applicants are encouraged to apply now ahead of the deadline, but WE YIA awards will ultimately only be given to those with an accepted abstract at ENDO 2025.

PDFs should be named as follows “[your last name], [your first name], YIA 2025”. Please do not send the application in a password protected email. Applications that are not in the correct format will not be accepted. Submission: E–mail the single PDF of the completed application form and supporting documentation by March 10th, 2025 (8pm EST) to BOTH the WE email WIE@wildapricot.org AND to Dr Jennifer Hill's email JenniferW.Hill AT utoledo.edu. Award presentation: Award winners will be recognized at the WE Annual Meeting held during ENDO 2025. All applicants will be considered for the prestigious Janet W.
